You can book your appointment through our website in a few simple steps, we will send a text message or an email of confirmation.
As a courtesy, we'll do our best to notify date and time of your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
We offer a customized service to all our clients. With that being said longer color services can not be rushed! We recommend allowing yourself a starting minimum of 3 hours in the salon, corrections required a minimun of 4h.
We want to ensure the quality of your service is the absolute best! Due to the fact most appointments take a large portion of our schedule we will require a deposit to secure any and all bookings.

We have a 72-hour cancellation – rescheduling policy.
If you cancell or change your appointment with less than 72 hours in advance we will be charged the service reservation fee, as cancellations with less than 72 hours in advance a last minute notice or no notice prevents another person from scheduling at that time. A no show fee of %50 of the service will be charged to guests that do not call or show needs to be rearranged and we have at least 72 hours notice then the booking fee can be transferred once to a new booking.
Accommodating a late client is often impossible without disrupting every other client scheduled that day, A 10 minute grace period is allotted for any guest running late, any longer after may result in a forfeit of appointment. We understand life happens and some things are out of our control Please, be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day.
We give our client a completed personalized experience wich is an one to one appoinment, so they have our attention from the begining to end of the service.
Our clients are very important to us and our aim is for each client to leave the salon feeling happy with the service they have received. If you find that you are unhappy with your service because it was not provided correctly we ask that you please email within 7 days of your appointment date. If you have changed your mind as to the style hair cut or colour you have chosen or if you return after 7 days normal salon charges will apply to your appointment.
